We use hosting services to provide the following: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage and database services, security services and technical maintenance services that we use to operate the website.

We or our hosting provider process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta- and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors of this website on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping it efficient and secure according to Art. 6 No 1. f) and Art. 28 GDPR.

2.2 Access data

We are collecting information about you when visiting this website. We automatically collect information about your usage behavior and your interaction with us, and record data about your computer or mobile device. We collect, store and use data about every access to our website (so-called server log files). Access data includes:

2.5. LOOMDATA WIKI

Our LOOMDATA WIKI is available to our customers as well as external persons working with LOOMDATA on behalf of our customers. For the registration we need your name and your email address. This data is used solely to authenticate your person and will not be used or evaluated by us.

 

3. Legal basis and period of storage

The legal basis for data processing in accordance with the above chapters is Art. 6 No 1 sentence 1 a), b) and f) GDPR. Our interests in data processing are in particular the initiation, conclusion and performance of contracts as well as product information.

Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as this is necessary or legally required to fulfil the purposes pursued.

Basically, we only use your personal data within our company.

In case that we involve third parties for fulfilling a contract (such as logistics service providers), only personal data will be transmitted which is necessary for the corresponding service.

In  case that we outsource certain parts of data processing ("order processing"), we contractually oblige contractors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of the data protection laws and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subject.

A data transmission to places or persons outside the cases mentioned in this declaration in section 3 does not take place and is not planned.
